2 調整洗髮溫度
天氣冷洗澡時難免會想將水溫調高,但卻也是可能造成毛囊受損的原因!

水溫太高不但會刺激頭皮,也會將毛囊周圍大部分的油脂洗掉,頭髮會變得較沒有彈性。甚至可能會讓髮根變得脆弱,使頭髮特別容易捲曲、毛躁、斷裂。

洗頭的水溫一般建議控制在36 至38℃ 的溫水,以確保毛囊的健康。
